Looks like he’s giving her an eargasm with a Q-tip, or pulling out something long and stretchy. Either way, it’s an interesting image. The light suggests a TV set in a darkened apartment.

Or maybe he’s only a ghost whispering in her ear. I really like the colours, her classical profile and the composition with the blurry background.
